Акциянын максаты:

      Калк арасында алгачкы жардамды      көрсөтүү  боюнча малыматты таратуу менен кырсыктан кийинки кабылдоолорду алдын алуу. Көрсөтүлүүчү алгачкы жардамдын техникасын  үйрөтүү, жабыркаган адамдын өмүрүн сактоо жана майыптыкты алдын алуу.

Акциянын актуалдуулугу:

      Нарын шаары боюнча калк арасында жол жана ар кандай кырсыктардын саны күндөн күнгө  өсүүдө. Кырсык болгон жерде өз убагында туура так жардам көрсөтүлбөгөндүктөн ар кандай кабылдоолор жана өлүмдүн саны өсүүдө.  Буга себеп болуп  калк арасында тиешелүү алгачкы жардамды көрсөтүү боюнча принциптерине, техникасына ээ болбогондугу эсептелинет. Туура, так өз учурунда көрсөтүлгөн жардам бейтапты дарылоодо жана кийинки жашоосуна чоң өбөлгө түзөт.
